-Standard pickup – (From hotel, home address, etc.) your chauffeur will wait a complementary 15 minutes.
-At the airport and Cruise Port – reservations come with one hour of waiting time, free of charge.
Note: By providing flight number or Cruise name when booking, your chauffeur will be able to track your arrival time and adjust.
– By the hour/as directed – no waiting time needed, your ride begins at the selected pickup time, regardless of when you meet the chauffeur.
To ensure cleanliness and air quality for all our guests, smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking.
Violating this policy can result in additional charges.
